Description[]

Warriors of the Maple World fight valiantly, and strive to become stronger and willed. They fight powerful beasts known within the lands, and trains endlessly for the future.

The Crusader's Edge is one of the few high-evolved warriors from long, hard works of training. Their success allows them to pin down enemies with their magnificent weapons at close quarters, with brutal strength gained from the past to the present. Wielding one-handed or two-handed swords with shields, they are one of the ultimate close-combat fighters known in all of the world.

Worn-Out Crusader's Edge Mission[]

Level Requirement: 30

Cost: 125,000 GP

Description:
If you want to become more powerful and evolve into the Crusader's Edge, then you have to do a few errands of hunts for me.
-Shadow-

Objectives:

  • You are now tasked to kill approximately 100 of each: Copper Drakes, Neutral Drakes, Fire Drakes, Ice Drakes, and Dark Drakes, and 250 Cold Eyes.
  • Next, kill 50 of both Tauromacis and Taurospears. They are inside the sanctuary that Shadow is standing infront of.
  • Kill one Jr. Balrog, within the deepest part of the sanctuary.
  • When all the dead bodies are made, return to Shadow infront of the said sanctuary.

Crusader's Edge Mission[]

Level Requirement: 30

Cost: 8,000 Cash

Description:
If you want to become more powerful and evolve into the Crusader's Edge, then you have to do a few errands of hunts for me.
-Shadow-

Objectives:

  • Instead of doing long, tedious hunting, you only need to hunt Jr. Balrog.
  • When the field boss is dead, return to Shadow.

Basic Movements[]

Keystrokes Name Effect
ZZZ Basic Combo A simplistic three hit slash.
During Combo, Arrow U+Z Piercing Crescent Combo application that swings the blade upward and then downward then forcefully pushing forward.
ZZ+Arrow R Crit/Double: Spin Slash During the Basic Combo, the next hit will spin around.
60% upon activation after Basic Combo Final Attack Shadow will strike forward after the basic combo, dealing off heavy damage.
Fall Recovery Recovery Slash Shadow will rise up, slashing whoever is ontop of him. Similar to Dragon Knight's Fall Recovery.
Grab Effect Fatal Stab Shadow will push the blade forward, stabbing the chest area.
Arrow RArrow R+Z Circle Strike Simply jabs forward and draws a 360 spin.
Arrow U+Z Slash Strike Shadow will leap up and hit once in the air. It has the range + bit more than Sword Master, though the blade itself is much thinner like Abyss Knight/Striker.
Arrow U+X Monster Magnet Uses force powers to draw a distance enemy up close. Uses charging propulsions like Big Bang. The more longer you charge, the more range of catching you will have. Can move while using.
Arrow D+X Power Stance This form of stance can help prevent Shadow from flinching from any attack (within exceptions of the ones that actually Knock Down) by 50%. Lasts for 12 seconds and a cooldown of 15.
Arrow R+A. Requires Combo Attack Charge Panic Panic is one heavy blow that critically strikes someone. A 40% chance it will inflict Darkness effect when hit. A unique symbol will appear upon initiation.
Arrow U+A Requires Combo Attack Charge Coma Coma is a small blow that is dealt with large groups. A 40% chance it can greatly stun when hit. An symbol eye will appear upon initiation.

Skills[]

MP Skill Lvl Name Effect
1st MP Skill Brandish Slash Shadow slashes his sword twice, inflicting large damage for four hits.
2nd MP Skill Rush Blade Shadow rushes at a great speed, pushing through foes that get in his face. Skill can be supported by holding the Arrow R command.
3rd MP Skill Combo Attack Combo Attack allows Shadow to gather "Combo Counters", which each one increases his attack by 20%. A total of 5 combo counters can be collected (increases a total of 100%). Combo Counters will only gain if the target is struck by a close-ranged attack. The counters can also power up Panic or Coma. This skill lasts infinitely long. A large blue aura with symbols will appear when used.
